Baldi 3D is a school-set action adventure where the core objective is simple to state but increasingly tense to execute: collect books scattered through the environment, gather enough to advance, and avoid the enemies that grow more numerous with every level. As difficulty climbs, more enemies patrol the corridors, and straying too close to any one of them triggers a chase. Put enough distance between yourself and a pursuer and the chase ends — but let one catch you and the run is over.

How to Play Baldi 3D
Each level tasks you with collecting a set number of books. Once enough are gathered, the next level begins. Difficulty rises with each level, bringing more enemies into the space. Getting too close to an enemy causes it to start chasing you; moving far enough away stops the pursuit. Being caught means losing. A pause menu is accessible during play, and camera rotation sensitivity can be adjusted from within it.
