A terrifying predatory monster called the Dream Reaper is trying to disturb your character's rest, and your job is to stop it. Choose your character's appearance, pick a game mode, and send your charming hero to sleep while you race to fortify the bedroom before the attacks begin.

From there, the core loop is economy first, defense second: build a bed to generate coins and energy, then upgrade that bed to earn resources faster. Strengthen your door to block incoming attacks, and construct turrets that automatically strike the Dream Reaper. As the night wears on, unlock advanced technologies and special buildings to deepen your defenses.

Managing resources carefully throughout the night is essential. Victory comes when your tools destroy the Dream Reaper — your task is to withstand attacks for as long as possible and then exhaust the enemy faster than it can return to one of its bases. When playing as the Dream Reaper, victory means surviving until no dreamers remain in the bedrooms.

• Party Rank: you are part of a team of 6 characters who become dreamers; build defenses in the room, upgrade the door and defensive tools to prevent the Dream Reaper from reaching you
• Ghost Rising: you become the Dream Reaper; attack rooms and replenish your health bar before it runs out under the strikes of defensive tools
• Infinite: you are a dreamer with either an infinite number of coins or an infinite number of lightning bolts; withstand the Dream Reaper by strategically building defense lines
• Duel Mode: a stability competition against artificial intelligence or another player; you are dreamers attacked by Dream Reapers (first one, then two, and so on), and the winner is the one who builds their defense better
• Mystery Box: you are a dreamer who chooses a room, and on random tiles you receive surprise eggs that can contain any item for defense and resource accumulation
• Ghost TD: you are a dreamer lying at the end of a maze; build defenses so that hordes of Dream Reapers cannot reach you
• Nightmare: a one-on-one battle — dreamer against Dream Reaper
