SPRUNKI.EXE Backrooms Escape drops you into a maze of dimly lit yellow rooms with no memory of how you arrived. Survival is the only goal — and the pressure is immediate, because Sprunki is already roaming the area, ready to catch anyone in his path. Mustard-yellow textured carpet covers the floor across all visible indoor areas. Small cyan inverted triangles float at eye-level throughout the hallways. White rectangular light panels are embedded in a gray tiled drop ceiling in the scenes shown.

Cameras are scattered throughout the location, and if one spots you, Sprunki will be on your trail fast. Bear traps are hidden everywhere, waiting to slow you down. When Sprunki gets too close, a closet or another safe hiding spot may be your only option — as long as he cannot see you.

How to Play SPRUNKI.EXE Backrooms Escape

Move through the endless yellow rooms while staying out of Sprunki's line of sight and away from the cameras that alert him to your position. Bear traps scattered across the location can slow your escape, so navigate carefully. When Sprunki closes in, find a closet or another concealed spot and stay hidden until the danger passes. Interact with objects in the environment using the dedicated interaction input.
