Solitaire Klondike Vegas
About Solitaire Klondike Vegas: Classic Single-Player Card Game with Multiple Modes
Solitaire Klondike Vegas is a classic single-player card game where the goal is to arrange all cards by suit into four piles, running from ace up to king. The game offers four distinct modes — draw one card, draw three cards, Vegas mode, and cumulative Vegas mode — so the challenge can be tuned to your preference. Layout difficulty is also selectable, giving both newcomers and seasoned players a comfortable starting point.
If Spider, FreeCell, Pyramid, or TriPeaks are already in your rotation, the Klondike ruleset will feel immediately familiar. A variety of beautiful themes lets you personalize the table, and built-in statistics track your win percentage, move count, and overall progress so you are able to measure improvement over time. Several scenes show a green textured surface as the backdrop for the card layout. One scene features a card back decorated with a colorful toucan bird perched on a branch among tropical leaves.
How to Play Solitaire Klondike Vegas
Solitaire Klondike Vegas uses a standard 52-card deck with no jokers. At the start, 28 cards are dealt across 7 tableaus — the first tableau holds 1 card, the second holds 2, and so on up to 7, with only the last card in each tableau face up. The remaining 24 cards sit in the deck. The objective is to move every card onto the 4 foundations, building each suit from ace through king.
Rules for Moving Cards
- Cards can be moved between tableaus and onto the foundations.
- Within tableaus, cards must be placed in descending order and in alternating red and black suits — for example, a black ten on a red jack.
- Multiple cards forming a sequence can be moved together as a group.
- A king may be placed on any empty tableau.
Working with the Deck
- The deck can be opened 1 or 3 cards at a time, depending on the chosen game mode.
- The top open card from the deck can be moved to a tableau or directly to a foundation.
- When the deck runs out of cards, click the recycle sign to turn it over and continue play.
Controls
- Click card: Select and move a card to a tableau or foundation
