About Mech Wars

Mech Wars drops pilots into a world where warfare has escalated to a new scale — one where enormous combat machines called mechs dominate the battlefield. The game puts you in the cockpit of one of these giants and sends you into dynamic battles across varied environments.

Several scenes show dense urban areas lined with beige concrete high-rise buildings and paved streets. Tall palm trees with green fronds appear scattered across sand-covered landscapes alongside large tan rock formations in other views. One scene opens inside a blue-tinted hangar where a large bipedal machine with a grey and black chassis stands ready.

The game's customization system covers both armor and weapons, ranging from machine guns and rockets through to lasers and a railgun. Four unique missions are on offer, including a boss fight, and the overarching goal is to protect freedom from greedy corporations.

How to Play Mech Wars

Each mission tasks you with destroying marked targets. Keeping track of ammunition matters, and switching between different weapons is essential for dealing maximum damage. Movement and accurate shooting are described as the keys to victory.

Dashes let you dodge counterattacks, and maneuvering around the battlefield is a core part of staying alive. Firing modes can be changed to suit whichever weapon is active. One critical rule: do not allow your mech to overheat, because overheating will destroy it.
