City Tycoon is a city construction simulator where the life of an entire city rests in your hands. Starting from roads and houses, you grow outward into factories, infrastructure, public transport networks, and eventually space ports. Define rules around energy and water use, insulation, and taxation, and sign laws covering areas such as gun control, anti-corruption, environmental protection, speed limits, and gambling.
