About Shards

Shards is a modern version of the classic Arkanoid, also known as Breakout and Brickbreaker. The goal is straightforward: break all the glass blocks as fast as possible across 80 levels, each with its own fractal background and a unique arrangement of blocks in various sizes that also rotate. Boosters and bombs add a layer of decision-making to every run, all set to an original musical accompaniment.

In one scene, colorful blocks are arranged in the shape of a cocktail glass complete with a stem and base. Another scene shows two diagonal lines of yellow and black striped blocks framing the upper sides of the play area.

How to Play Shards

Move the racket left and right to hit the balls and break every block on the screen. Each of the 80 levels presents a distinct fractal background and a fresh arrangement of rotating blocks in various sizes. Pick up the boosters that drop during play, but steer clear of the bombs.
