People vs Zombies: Sandbox
About People vs Zombies: Sandbox: Build, Destroy, and Fight the Apocalypse
People vs Zombies: Sandbox drops you into a world overrun by zombie hordes, where the power to fight back is entirely yours. The game is a sandbox built around experimentation — build fortifications, arm soldiers, deploy heavy machinery, and unleash an arsenal of over 40 weapons against the undead. The pace and shape of every encounter are yours to define.
In one scene, a green character with a red clown nose and rainbow hair stands among a group of other green-skinned figures. Elsewhere, a television set on a wooden table displays a colorful test pattern with vertical bars and white cracked-glass lines.
How to Play People vs Zombies: Sandbox
Building Your Defense Zone
Select objects from the menu — they highlight with a frame — then click any field on the map to place turrets, walls, or vehicles exactly where you want them. Traps and fortifications go up the same way, giving you full control over the layout of your defenses.
Equipping and Commanding Soldiers
Select a weapon, armor, or helmet, then drag the item directly onto a soldier to get them ready for combat. To go deeper, double-click any character to open the behavior menu, where you are able to change how that soldier acts and prepare them for an attack.
Handling Weapons and Accessories
Place guns on the map, grab them with your cursor, and fire using the spacebar or the on-screen button. Missiles work the same way — point and launch. Adding sights and accessories to weapons improves shooting accuracy and efficiency.
Modes and Map Management
Switch between peaceful mode, where no one attacks, and combat mode, where real survival begins. When a battle winds down, remove unnecessary objects from the map to clear the field and continue experimenting.
