The corridors are lined with teal-colored brick walls, and several characters sport animal-themed headgear such as tiger masks and yellow chicken hats. The match plays out under a countdown, and every decision about running, hiding, or hunting carries real stakes for both teams.

How to Play Hide N Seek Survival - Squid Game Keys and Knives: Survive or Eliminate

Blue players win by either surviving until the round ends or collecting all three keys — circle, square, and triangle — to escape the maze. Red players must eliminate at least one Blue during the match; failing to do so means a personal loss regardless of the team's overall result.

Blues earn money for finding keys and for winning the game. Reds gain rewards for every Blue they eliminate. That in-game currency goes toward buying skins, faces, hairstyles, and hats to customize a character. Each player can also pick a unique three-digit number for individuality.

Before a match, rules can be adjusted: set the match duration anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes, choose the number of players per team, or jump straight into ready-made challenges.
