One scene shows a circular stone amphitheater and several sets of tall columns standing in a grassy field beside a modern road and housing. How to Play Global City: Build and Develop Your City

The core objective is to build a city and develop its infrastructure step by step. Active residents act as your assistants throughout, approaching you with deals and tasks. Listening to them and completing those tasks is how you advance through project stages and push the city's development forward.
