Generation Evolution puts you in charge of a crowd that grows from Stone Age beginnings all the way into the future. The core loop is straightforward and satisfying: develop your group, pick the right era, and unleash era-appropriate weapons on waves of enemies. Each time frame brings a distinct weapon, so the feeling of progress is tied directly to what your crowd is carrying — from a medieval sword to a revolver and beyond. How to Play Generation Evolution

Grow and evolve your crowd, then direct them at enemies across different time frames. Aim your crowd at the doors, upgrade the timeline, and work with multiple weapons to clear each level. Defeating enemies and improving your year and income lets you earn more. Every level comes with its own unique weapon, and the changing era is what drives the sense of progression — from early melee tools to firearms. Lots of content is available for free.
