Fat OR Thin is a relaxed and simple casual game where every food choice on the road shapes what happens next. The core tension is refreshingly straightforward: two types of food appear as the character sprints forward, one increasing weight and one decreasing it, and picking wisely is everything.

How to Play Fat OR Thin

The goal is not simply to get as light or as heavy as possible — controlling weight within the appropriate range is what matters most. Two distinct obstacle types demand opposite approaches.

Only with enough weight can the character break through glass walls and keep moving forward. Conversely, only at a light enough weight will the character stay on the glass runway without falling off. Choosing the right food during the sprint to handle whichever obstacle comes next is the central challenge. Overcome the various obstacles and achieve victory!
