Rule with too heavy a hand and uprisings ignite; give too freely and the treasury collapses. Several scenes show the stark, confined visual world of Gradnar rendered in 2D, where the weight of each decision feels immediate.

How to Play Dictator Simulator: 1984

Survival depends on keeping all four key indicators — population, treasury, state power, and standard of living — above zero at all times. If any single one reaches zero, your rule ends.
