Angry Hamster
About Angry Hamster: Slingshot Physics Arcade
Angry Hamster puts a sleep-deprived hamster at the center of a destruction-based arcade game. The frogs have kept him awake night after night, and now he's done tolerating it — he's grabbed a slingshot and set out to smash every last frog shelter in his way. Several scenes show a wooden Y-shaped slingshot with a black elastic band standing on a grass-covered ground plane. Several scenes also show green frogs with wide mouths and pink tongues sitting atop structures built from blue and brown rectangular blocks. The projectiles themselves are small round creatures with orange and white fur, launched along a dotted trajectory line.
The art style is bright and friendly, designed to work for both kids and adults. Humorous animations and a gradually increasing difficulty keep the experience fun and addictive across every level.
How to Play Angry Hamster
The objective in each level is to defeat all the frogs using a slingshot. Hitting frogs directly works, but destroying the structures they sit on can be even more effective — sometimes targeting the base of a shelter brings the whole thing down more efficiently than a direct shot. Experimenting with angles and shot power helps complete levels faster, and using as few hamsters as possible earns the best result.
Shot Steps
- Tap the slingshot and pull it back to set the power and direction of your shot.
- Release to launch the hamster.
- Hit the frogs or destroy their shelters to defeat them.
- Use as few hamsters as possible to achieve the best result.
Controls
- Tap and pull (slingshot): Adjust the power and direction of your shot
- Release: Launch the hamster
